Terms of Service

Pro Pickleball Club provides league software to facilities. Facilities are responsible for their leagues, fees and waivers.

You sign in with a one-time email code. Keep your email secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. One person, one account and one player card.

Scores are entered and confirmed by the players on each court, and league admins resolve disputes. Don't enter results you know are wrong, and don't create player cards for people without their permission.

Season fees are paid to the facility through Stripe. Refunds follow each season's posted policy.

The Club Rating is computed by a published, open algorithm. It is not a DUPR rating, and self-reported DUPR numbers are only used to seed it. Read the methodology.

We may update these terms. We'll note the date above, and tell you in the app when a change affects how you use it.
